📍 $99 MODEL CALL SESSION AGREEMENT Location: Classy Boudoir Studio 2200 El Mercado Loop, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 Photographer: Jenn Bell Photography LLC dba Classy Boudoir Session Type: Model Call Boudoir Session Reservation Fee: $99 (non-refundable) ✅ SESSION DETAILS: I am reserving a model call boudoir session with Classy Boudoir. This includes: A 10-minute photoshoot Approx. 1 hour total appointment time (includes arrival, prep, shoot, and wrap-up) ONE web-sized digital image as a thank-you, selected by the photographer and delivered via online gallery This digital image is intended for marketing/advertising purposes by Classy Boudoir Hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling are not included. Clients must arrive camera-ready. 💳 PAYMENT + CREDIT POLICY: The $99 reservation fee is non-refundable. This amount will be applied as a same-day credit toward lingerie purchases made in-store during the reserved session only. If selected lingerie totals less than $99, no cash or credit refunds will be given for the difference. If selected lingerie exceeds $99, the balance must be paid in full before the items are released. All lingerie is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Gift cards may not be used to book or apply to this opportunity. If the session is canceled by the client or the client is more than 5 minutes late, the credit and session are forfeited—no reschedules or transfers. 📷 IMAGE RIGHTS + USAGE: The photographer (Jenn Bell Photography LLC) retains full copyright to all images. ONE digital image will be provided to the client as a thank-you for their time. This image will be selected at the photographer’s discretion and used for advertising, promotional, and portfolio purposes (including social media, print, and web). Clients may not sell, alter, or use images for commercial purposes. Minor retouching (e.g., blemish removal, color correction) is included. No body modifications will be made. Advanced editing requests may incur fees. 🔒 STUDIO POLICIES + LIABILITY: No guests, phones, cameras, or video recording are allowed in the studio during the session. Clients agree to treat the space and props respectfully and are financially responsible for any damages. The studio may utilize video surveillance for security purposes. Jenn Bell Photography LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage while on premises. ⚖️ LEGAL TERMS: This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under Arizona law. Any disputes will be resolved in Cochise County, Arizona.
